Mission Statement

The Kuwait Investment Authority’s mission is to achieve a long term investment return on the financial reserves entrusted by the State of Kuwait to the Kuwait Investment Authority, providing an alternative to oil reserves, which would enable Kuwait’s future generations to face the uncertainties ahead with greater confidence.

Fresh Graduate Training Program

KIA’s Fresh Graduate Training Program is an eleven-month program that combines practical classroom learning with workplace training to prepare fresh graduates for a successful career in the finance sector.

Job Opportunities at the World Bank Group

The World Bank, in partnership with KIA, provides five Kuwaiti nationals annually with a two-year job contract to provide them with the experience in working at one of the world’s leading international financial institutions.

Kuwait Automotive Academy

This one-year training program is done in partnership with Daimler AG to provide Kuwaiti nationals with the skills required to work in the automobile industry.
