Follow up
The key objectives of the department are to consolidate a complete and high quality General Reserve data set and to ensure the secure, but still accessible, storage of all data and documentation. The Department is responsible for issuing periodic quarterly reports on the General Reserve Sector (GRS) investment activities and cash flow positions. The Department is also the main coordinator between the different departments within the GRS.
Central Data Gathering
Follow Up's CDGD collects and stores performance data across all General Reserve departments and investments. This Division consolidates information from the departments and calculates the carrying value for all KIA participations. The CDGD ensures the storage of all audited balance sheets received from the General Reserve departments and conducts data quality checks. The CDGD acts as a clearing center for all payments from the General Reserve.
Financial and Statistical Reporting
Follow Up's Financial and Statistical Reporting Division (FSRD) is responsible for the preparation of all management reports. This Division is responsible of designing tables for all the required GRS reports and monitors the development on the GRS investments activities as per asset class. The FSRD supports the GRS's different Departments in their research activities. The Division analyses different contributors to all GRS financial performance as per the investment assets classes. It monitors all the GRS department investments based on their asset class, and updates any recent changes. The Division monitors and follows up the GRS department's financial positions and recent changes.
Document Filling
Follow-up's Document Filling Division ensures the security of data and documents (e.g. server storage) and ensures the ability for relevant members of the GRS to access them if necessary (e.g. consolidated department performance data for department heads).
